Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AND AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IS HSFEMS-07-Q-0026 AND IS ISSUED AS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AND INCORPORATED PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES ARE THOSE IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR FAC 05-19. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) NUMBER 811310. THE SBA SIZE STANDARD IN MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IS $11.5. THIS IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS LOCATED IN THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI. THE FEMA BILOXI TRO HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR TWO TRACTORS ONE EACH AT TWO LOCATIONS. THE RENTAL OF ONE OR MORE OF THE DUMPSTERS MAY BE DISCONTINUED AS THE GOVERNMENT'S NEEDS CHANGE. FOR THAT REASON, IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE CONTRATORS PROVIDE A MONTHLY PRICE PER UNIT. THIS CONTRACT WILL BE FOR ONE YEAR. CLIN 0001: PRVIDE TWO TRACTORS WITH 85 HORSEPOWER OR BETTER AND COMPATIBLE WITH A FRONTIER 6'BOX BLADE MODEL# RC1072CRCRQT AND JOHN DEERE BAT WING MODEL #HX15. PROVIDE ONE EACH TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: PURVIS STAGING AREA 246 PURVIS BROOKLYN ROAD PURVIS, MS 39475 LUMBERTON STAGING AREA 56 GRADY BROWN ROAD LUMBERTON, MS 39455 DELIVERY: Within Five (5) workdays of award The provisions at FAR 52.212.1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; the provisions at FAR 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and FAR 52.226-3, Disaster or Emergency Area Representation; and FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. CCR Requirement?Contractors must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made to them.
