CAGE 15814, P/N A6881-2C. DSCR does not have a technical data package. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This is not a commercial item. This item has critical item application and is life support equipment. The solicitation is for an Indefinite quantity contract (IQC). The estimated annual demand quantity is 7992 EA for one base and four option years. The maximum annual contract quantity is 15,984 EA. The guaranteed minimum for the base year only is 1998 EA. The FOB point is destination, inspection/acceptance origin. Requested delivery is 72 daro or less to stock location San Joaquim, CA. or Susquehanna, PA. A contractor first article test and government fit verification test is required. Surge and sustainment is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
