- NSN 2530-01-249-1577 Arm Assembly, Idler I/A/W drawing 19207 12340016 and all related drawings and specifications. This NSN requires a First Article Test (FAT). FAT is required by all offerors submitting a proposal. Basic solicitation quantity is 27,310. Solicitation quantity including option is 54,620. 5892 each are to be delivered to Tracy, CA; remaining 21,328 are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA. Option quantity of 27,310 shall be delivered to the same locations. 3000 each are to be delivered in 245 days with 3000 each to be deivered every 30 days thereafter until completion of contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Numbered Notes 9 and 26. The solicitation will be available in the FedBizOpps on it issue date of 03 October 2007. The Small Business standard size is 750 employees. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision shall be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
