- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 1,652 rentable square feet of office and related use space. Space must yield 1,436 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (ABOASF) of space available for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be contiguous. Second floor space is preferred, however if second floor space is not available, first floor space may be considered. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The City Limits of Hazard, Kentucky. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Parking should equal one (1) for every two hundred (200) square feet of leased space or per code, whichever is more stringent. The parking should be located within two (2) blocks of the building. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before July 1, 2008. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having 60 days cancellation rights.
