- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an invitation for quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses listed below. This is not a set-aside acquisition. Requirements: The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Network Services Division, Northwest Arctic Region, has a requirement for Tandberg 6000 MXP HD Integrator package, NPP, MILTISITE and Field View Camera with one seat license and one year Tandberg Maintenance for McChord AFB.
