- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation(s) are being requested. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. M67854-07-Q-4381. Offerors are instructed to use the attached RFQ Form to submit its quotation on. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-20. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334210. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. If requirement is partially funded, it will be partially awarded. ** Offerors may NOT propose an alternate product This is a brand name only requirement. Offers must provide a technical description of the items being offered in su fficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. FAR PROVISIONS: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items are hereby incorporated by reference. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Add paragraph (l), Offeror must include with its offer, a completed copy of provision FAR 52.212-3 in full text, or indicate in their offer that this information has been filed and is current in the ORCA database. Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items applies to this solicitation, specifically the following criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and price is determined most advantageous to the Government. FAR CLAUSES: Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commerica l Items apply to this acquisition. DFAR CLAUSES: 252.212-7001 (DEV) C ontract Terms and Conditions Required to I mplement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. ADDITIONAL CLAUSES: 52.209-6, 52.237-2, 52.252-1, 52.252-2, 52.252-5, 52.252-6, 52.253-1, 252.212-7000, 252.225-7000, 252.225-7020 and 252.225-7021. All offerors must indicate on its quote items that are not TAA Compliant. To be eligible for an award, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A contractor can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or e-mail at www.ccr.gov. The FAR clauses web site is http://farsite.hill.af.mil or www.acquistion.com. All questions related to this request are due by 12:00pm EST on September 18, 2007 to Jodie.Shifflett@usmc.mil. The RFQ number must be referenced in the Subject of the email.
