Description
SPAWAR Systems Charleston, SC, intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed type award for installation, integration and functional testing of Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology (AHLTA) Application and Local Cache Server (LCS) for software builds 837, 838, 841.5 on all new releases through January 31, 2009 with two option years. The solicitation will be issued on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Information Technology, Inc., Falls Church VA who has proprietary rights to the AHLTA System. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330 with a size standard of $25 million applies. This a Notice of Intent not a request for competitive proposals.
