Solicitation Number = N63394-07-T-0084 Description = The Contracts Department, Code 111, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, California, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a sole source procurement of 1 each, Model T-6400, portable In-Circuit Board Programmer (ICBP), manufactured by Sunrise Electronics Inc. A portable ICBP will provide field support for both U.S. Navy and foreign military sales (FMS) Harpoon Weapon System installations. The procurement of an ICBP from one company is necessary to ensure software compatibility and interchangeability, and will be functionally interchangeable with the non-portable ICBPs currently in use. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/RFQ; a separate written solicitation/RFQ wi ll not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212 3 (Alt I), Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items (Mar 2005) and DFARS 252.212 7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items (Jun 2005) with offer. These can be found at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ or http://www.arnet.gov/. The following additional FAR clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are hereby incorporated by reference: 52.212 1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (Dev), 52.217-5, 52.217-7, 52.219 4, 52.219 8, 52.222 21, 52.222 26, 52.222 35, 52.222 36, 52.222 37, 52.225 3, 52.225 13, 52.225 15, 52.232 33; and DFARS 252.212-7001 (Dev), and 252.212 7001. Delivery shall be FOB Destination in accordance with FAR Clause 52.247-34. The NAICS code is 334515 and size standard is 500 employees for this procuremen t. Solicitation closing date is 24 Sep 2007.
