- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Crane Division. Offerors are encouraged to access information also available on the NSWC Crane Division Web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division has a requirement for the manufacture of MK82 Base Seal Plate Bottom Assemblies IAW NAVSEA Drawing 6259575; MK82 Base Seal Plate Electrical Support Rings IAW NAVSEA Drawing 5974806; and MK82 Base Seal Plate Electrical Support Rings IAW NAVSEA Drawing 5974807. These assemblies are an integral part of the MK99 Radar System. The quantities and descriptions for this procurement are as follows: CLIN 0001 ? MK82 Base Seal Plate Bottom Assemblies IAW NAVSEA Drawing 6259575 Minimum 5, Maximum 80. CLIN 0002 ? MK82 Base Seal Plate Electrical Support Rings IAW NAVSEA Drawing 5974806 Minimum 5, Maximum 80 CLIN 0003 - MK82 Base Seal Plate Electrical Support Rings IAW NAVSEA Drawing 5974807 Minimum 5, Maximum 80 The contract for this non-commercial procurement is anticipated to be a 5-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Solicitation N00164-07-R-8930 will be issued on a sole source basis to Advance Manufacturing Co, Inc, 8 Turnpike Industrial Park, P.O. Box 726, Westfield, MA. The solicitation will be available on or about 1 October 2007 at the following address: http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. Estimated closing date is on or about 31 October 2007. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid from the NECO web site by clicking on the ?Submit Bid? does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of offerors to download the RFP and to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane.
