Description: There is no solicitation. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Division in Portland, OR has a requirement to procure vertical incubators for salmon and trout. Flex-A-Lite Consoliedate, Tacoma, WA holds the patent for the vertical incubator orignally manufactured by Heath and is the only known manufacturer for the vertical incubator system. The Service intends to award Sole Source to MariSource, a subsidiary of Flex-A-Lite Consolidated. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government is to award using other than full and open competition IAW FAR 6.302-1. No further notice will be posted on Fedbizopps.
