- The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisitions Activity intends to award on a sole source basis to Technovations Integration Group, LLC, 4868 Research Dr., San Antonio, TX 78240-5005 for a follow-on effort of providing repair and maintenance of the U.S. Army Medical Commands Wood Auditorium located at the U.S. Army Medical Information Technology Center Video Network Center. Wood Auditorium is a complex multi-use auditorium and video conferencing room for command wide video conferencing with all operatio ns controlled from a master control room. No solicitation document exists. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated capability is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer within ten calendar days from the date of publicatio n of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the firms ability to provide the stated capability. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer at USAMRAA, Attn: MCMR-AAA-G (Madeline Wahl), 820 Chandler S t., Ft. Detrick, MD 21702-5014. No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely witin the discret ion of the Government. If no responses are received, USAMRAA will proceed with the sole source contract.
