- ACA The Americas, Mission Support Division has a requirement for the service and repair of the secure mobile radios currently in use by USARSO. ACA The Americas intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Motorola Federal Government Divisio n to effect these repair services. Specifically USARSO requires repairs to sixty (60) XTS 5000 type 1 radios and three (3) KVL 3000 Key loaders. Motorola provides the radios (containing proprietary software) and is the only authorized source for repairs. The Period of Performance is 01 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008. All questions and comments regarding the solicitation should be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer identified in this synopsis.
