- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for one (1) NORSAT NewsLink System with 25W SSPA Or Equal . Solicitation W912CL-07-T-0041 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document an d incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-21. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
