- This will be a firm fixed price C type contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, transportation and materials necessary to clean five (5) sprung structures, floors and apply water sealant to all flooring in accordance with m anufacturers specifications/standards, retrofit (5) sprung structures with eight (8) additional 30 turbo roof fans and seventeen (17) louvered vent openings ventilation devices and perform preventive maintenance and repair of five (5) sprung structures e ach located adjacent to building 6039, 1904 Higgins Rd, Directorate of Logistics, East Range, Island of Oahu. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about September 15, 2007. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than September 20, 2007.
