- Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, has a requirement for base training and education services test administration. Quantity includes an estimated 314 testing sessions per year. The NAICS code is 611710, size standard $6.5 million. The solicitation, FA5000-07-T-0015, will be issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside on or about 01 August 2007 with a closing date on or about 23 August 2007. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR internet web site is http://www.ccr.gov.
