Change From: Quotes should support the following (1) 8 gallon pharmaceutical container, (1) 20 gallon Chemo container, (1) 20 gallon pathological container, (1) 90 gallon Biohazard container, any minimum service call charges, any price per pound charges and all other associated costs for the once a week (Tuesday Pick-Up) of Medical Waste for Vandenberg AFB, CA. Change To: Quotes should support the following (1) 8 gallon pharmaceutical container, (1) 20 gallon Chemo container, (1) 20 gallon pathological container, (3) 90 gallon Biohazard container, any minimum service call charges, any price per pound charges and all other associated costs for the once a week (Tuesday Pick-Up) of Medical Waste for Vandenberg AFB, CA. QUESTION: Are the requirements in Section 2.4 and 2.5 of the solicitation accurate? ANSWER: Yes, the information in Section 2.4 and 2.5 is required to be submitted as a result of this solicitation. QUESTION: Can two (44 gallon containers) be substituted for the 90 gallon containers? ANSWER: No, provide quote based on the solicitation any amendments that have posted to this solicitation. QUESTION: Do you have an average of pounds of waste for Biohazard? ANSWER: Average is based on a four month period. (April 2007 36pds), (May 2007 61.1pds), (June 2007 67.7pds), (July 2007 51.7pds).
