- Description
- The proposed contract action is for products for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source contingent upon funds availability to 360VL, under the authority of FAR 13.106. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. However, all quotes received by 19 September 2007 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally by considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Sole Source is based upon the individual's exclusive licensing and hardware upgrades to the existing Automated Vehicle Location System at Peterson AFB CO. The products are for RF conversion of Peterson AFB to private system, 26 in-vehicle units, 4 repeaters, firmware modification labor, installation and firwware update of 26 units, configuration, and testing of repeaters/master, integration with existing mux. Statement of work available upon request.
