- The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Labor Hour contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, 6633 Canoga Avenue, Canoga Park, CA 91303-2703. The NAICS code is 541519. The following item will be procured: CLIN 0001, One (1) ? Year CyberCON Software Maintenance Service to provide technical e-mail, phone and on-site support for the CyberCON software suite exclusively developed by Pratt Whitney Rocketdyne, including but not limited to the areas of setup, application, troubleshooting, and software updates when requested by AFRL. This Purchase Order is for labor and on-site travel on an ?as needed? basis ? any materials required for conduct of the agreement will be provided by AFRL, at no cost to the contractor. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. Anticipated Award Date is 30 Sep 2007. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 4:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, 29 Sep 2006.
