Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2R3C17257A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a brand name or equal requirement in accordance with (IAW) FAR provision 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, (Aug 1999). CLIN 0001: M22 ACADASIM 001-US NO GPS, NSN 6665-99-982-0141, manufactured by Argon Electronics comprised of: M22 ACADASIM (Advanced Chemical Agent Detector) with D cell simulation battery power pack, simulation confidence check, system carry case, inlet nozzle protective cap, outlet nozzle protective cap, and instruction manual or EQUAL; Qty: 5 Ea CLIN 0002: Instructor Remote Controller for Simulator, M22 ACADASIM, NSN 6665-99-131-5631, manufactured by Argon Electronics or EQUAL; Qty: 1 Ea Please provide FOB Destination pricing. Include shipping in the cost of the line items.
