- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12-6 STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS - AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This announcement will be issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The evaluation will consist of price, and delivery date. The delivery time shall be no later than 180 days from receipt of order.
