- Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform Test Administrator services in the Base Training and Education (BTES) facility on Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson Arizona. Work includes administering Career Deveopment Course Exams and voluntary of-duty education program to include the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES), Air Force Insitute of Distributed Learning (AFIADL) testing programs, Defense Language Proficiency Test 5 (DLPT 5), and other tests as required. There will be four additional one-year option periods available, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. This solicitation is set-aside exclusively for Small Business firms. The applicable NAICS Code for this solicitation is 611710. The corresponding size standard is 500 employees. This Request for Proposal will be issued in a commercial format using Price evaluation procedures. This solicitation will be issued on or about 14 September 2007. It will be available only via the Electronic Procurement System (www.fedbizopps.gov). No paper copies will be furnished.
