- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-07-Q-PD04. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333412 with 500 employees as a size standard. This RFQ contains 4 (four) line items for purchase. Line item 1: PN: PP203101; Description: 20ft. Powerfoil PLUS: Price includes: (10) Powerfoil PLUS foils Standard 7ft-10ft Mounting Hardware Motor and Hub Assembly All Mounting Nuts and Bolts Standard 1ft Extension Tube. Qty: 2. Line item 2: Description: Installation: Mechanical & Electrical install Mechanical Labor and parts to hang all fans. Electrical includes a run from the electric box to the BAF control box, and then from the customers control box run electrical to customers fan. Line item 3: PN: PP184101: Description: 18ft. Powerfoil PLUS. Price includes: (10) Powerfoil PLUS foils Standard 7ft.-10ft Mounting Hardware Motor and Hub Assembly All Mounting Nuts and Bolts Standard 1ft. Extension Tube. Qty: 2 ea. Line item 4. PN: 460v/3 Phase Controller: Description: 460v/3 Phase Controller. (End Item Description). The manufactured of these FANS is Delta T. Corporation. The estimated delivery date is 15 Oct 2007.
