Description

This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Southern AZ VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), Resource Management Service Line, Facilities Management, 3601 S. 6th Avenue Tucson, Arizona, intends solicit from authorized federal affiliate of Motorola to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to perform land mobile radio (LMR) maintenance on fixed equipment and board repair for SAVAHCS. Services include but are not limited to: Preventative maintenance on fixed equipment 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and shall respond within 4 hours after notification in the event of major system failure, and shall respond to non-emergency issues within 24 hours on normal business days, provide preventative maintenance, toll free help desk support during regular business hours and technical assistance 24 hours per day. The contract period shall be for one (1) base year from date of award with the Government having the option to exercise four one (1) year options for a total of five years. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811213 size standard is 6.5 Million. The Contractor shall provide a complete copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (FAR 52.212-3 AUG 2007) with its offer or complete the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. Many of the provisions and clauses cited in this solicitation are incorporated by reference, FAR 52.252-2 (FEB 1998), to the appropriate section of the FAR and VAAR.
