Description

It is our intent to set-aside and negotiate a contract for GI Lab Procedures at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System as sole source procurement to a small business Veteran owned business from date of award through September 30 2008 with four one-year options to extent the term of the contract. The amount of the procedures are from 400 to 600 per year. Physicians that work under this contract must have a current valid unrestricted license and will be required to be a board certified and MD Privileged and Credentialed by the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. The solicitation will be issued as commercial item procurement in accordance with Part 12 and in accordance with Far Part 15, contracting by negotiation.
