- The Molecular Biology Laboratory at VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN, has a requirement for an automated Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) GenoTyping system to be provided under a Cost-per-Test or a Reagent Rental Agreement. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the offeror providing the best value to the government. It is anticipated that a contract containing a base year with four 12-month options to renew will be awarded. The contract period will begin on or about October 1, 2007 and continue through September 30, 2012, inclusive of all option years. The FSC Code is 6630 Chem Analysis Instruments and the NAICS Code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees or less.
