Description

The Veterans Affairs in Cincinnati, Ohio intends to negotiate sole source with National Archives Publishing Company, located at 300 N. Zeeb Road, P.O. Box 998, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48106-0998. The Government will be purchasing numerous Journals on Microfilm such as American Family Physician, Gastroenterology, Gerontologists, Clinical Investigation, and many others. The purchase is for the VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 15 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for offers. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated date of award is September 25, 2007. Please reference solicitation number VA-250-07-RP-0179 if you have any questions and this will be posted on FEDBIZ on or about September 17, 2007. No telephone calls will be accepted.
