- MODIFICATION Below is a modification to the Presolicitation notice posted on FedBiz on August 1 2007. This solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR 13. The anticipated date the solicitation will be published is August 29 2007 and the anticipated date responses will be due is September 5th 2007 but interested vendors should always refer to the actual solicitation for actual due dates. The anticipated performance start date is October 1 2007. Clarification ? this is a total set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses All questions shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email. The solicitation will describe the functional areas and performance minimums required by the Government. The resultant contract is intended to be a seven year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The incumbent contract for positions located in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The only information available regarding the current incumbent is that it is a company called Kelly Services. There may be an immediate need for positions in Utah, Colorado, and Montana. Incumbent information for Colorado, Utah, and Montana is not available. ******************************************* Amendment No. 2 is to provide additional clarification on the incumbent contractor and its socio-economic status.
