- DISA/DITCO intends to issue a Sole Source contract to Mobius Management System Inc, 120 Old Post Rd, Rye, NY 10580-1414. This acquisition is for the renewal of software maintenance of Mobius Software Docuanalyzer, View Direct for MVS at CSD; sites Mechanicsburg and St Louis. Estimated cost $123,000.00. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. The period of performance is 1 October 2007 ? 30 September 2008. The statutory authority for Sole Source is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). Companies that can provide the above listed software product must request a copy of the RFQ and J&A not later than COB 18 September 2007 and return no later than COB 21 September 2007 via the following address: tina.book@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered.
