- DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to Sterling Commerce, 4600 Lakehurst Ct, Dublin, OH 43016-3255. This acquisition is for renewal of Sterling Commerce Software Maintenance. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
