- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Solicitation Number: FA3047-07-T-C037 Non-Personal Services: The government intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis a requirements contract to Johnson Controls Inc, 326 West Nokoma St, San Antonio, TX for the maintenance of Metasys Energy Management Control System for Lackland AFB under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all other items or services necessary to upgrade/modify and maintain the existing Metasys Energy Management Control System equipment as defined in the Statement of Work. Based on the results of market research, Johnson Controls Inc is the only company capable of providing the required services due to the need for access to Johnson Controls Inc proprietary data. The Government is anticipating awarding a commercial performance based contract under FAR 13.5 Test Program. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated for a Basic Period of Performance of 1 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008 with four (4) one-year options. FOB: Destination. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 811212. The small business size standard is $23 million.
