COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION EDIT DIGITAL VIDEO LAPTOP SYSTEM) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a laptop system capable of editing digital video/laptop system, which contains the features included in the purchase description prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation/synopsis reference number HQ002872079013 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word ?quoter? substituted for ?offeror?.
