- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor will be required to provide management, operations and maintenance and related services during the initial year of service in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation and prices for basic and alternate services. Provision for the exercise of _4_ additional twelve-month periods, which may be exercised upon 30 days written notice to the Contractor at the Government?s option and shall be contained in the resulting contract awarded. Evaluation of options does not obligate the government to extension of the contract term past the initial year of service. 1. How many copies of the Technical and Price Proposals are required for submittal? The SF33 says original and 5 copies, and Section L says 3 copies of each. Please clarify. Five copies are required. 2. Section K ? where is the verbiage referencing ORCA, as required by GSA? Add the following clauses to Section ?K? 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications 3. What is the correct NAICs code for this solicitation? Section L-4 says it is 561210, but the synopsis says 811310. Please clarify. The correct NAICS Code is 561210 4. Does the current monthly price of $16,229.89/month include all three buildings under the same scope of work as this solicitation? YES For A copy of the solicitation, email Howard.Stover@gsa.gov.
