- *************************NOTICE***************************The 100% Small Business Set-Aside has been dissolved for this requirement. Response Date has been Extended to Monday 17 September 2007. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2F1107240A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 336999 with a size standard of 500 employees; the SIC code is 3799. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: Line Item 0001: MFR: Polaris Part#: R08VH76AD= Polaris Ranger RZR, OR EQUAL. (Quantity 2 Each). FOB: Destination for delivery to 1 SOSS BLDG 90625, 142 Frazier St, HURLBURT FIELD, FL 32544-5708. Please include the lump sum amount including all shipping and handling charges for FOB Destination. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and will remain in full force in any resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items. It is amended to read: Offeror shall submit signed and dated offer to 1 SOCONS/LGCC, Attn: A1C Steven McConnaughy, 350 Tully St, Hurlburt Field FL 32544-5810 by Tuesday, 11 September 2007 at or before 4:00pm Central Standard (CST). Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form and marked with solicitation number F2F1107240A001. Offer may be email to steven.mcconnaughy@hurlburt.af.mil or fax to 850-884-2041. The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
