- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This is a commercial solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13, solicitation no. F1V2C17200A002 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) on 21 August 2007. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. FAR clause descriptions are available via the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The set-aside for this solicitation is 100% small business. NAICS code: 321920. Size Standard: 500 employees. This solicitation is for the following: ? ATA, Spec 300, Cat I reusable shipping containers: Deployment Mobility Cases all made with 1/2 inch plywood construction with exterior ABS plastic laminate, 3 inches deep hinged on or removable lids, recessed handles, recessed latches, steel ball corners, aluminum exterior edge angle, aluminum tongue and groove valance for good base - lid alignment, with custom interiors, mounted on additional 3/4 inch plywood caster plate with heavy duty swivel locking casters where applicable: ? Test Equipment Cases o Test Equipment Case: Case dimensions @ 60 inches tall top to floor x 39 inches wide x 30 inches deep, of which 25 inches deep in main shell of case and with 3 inches deep lift off front lid. This case is on casters (back 2 locking). Case interior has 2 fixed partitions and 1 top partition adjustable. Case interior is painted. Quantity: 10 each o Bench Stock Case: Case dimensions @ 60 inches tall top to floor x 39 inches wide x 23 inches deep, of which 18 inches deep in main shell of case and with 3 inches deep lift off front lid. This case is on casters (back 2 locking). Case has 8 fixed partitions. Case interior is painted. Quantity: 10 each The estimated date of delivery will be 30 days ADC with FOB: Destination for delivery to 28 AMXS, Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
