- Amendment 1 to Sources Sought Synopsis – The government issued a sources sought announcement to identify potential sources and to generate interest in the government’s requirement for on-site field operation, maintenance services and on-the-job training of various Fleet Air Control and Surveillance Facilities (FACSFAC) sites. As a matter of clarification, the government has not determined, at this time, the specific acquisition strategy by which this requirement will be processed. Correct the original sources sought announcement by deleting the following statement : “This procurement will be processed under full and open competition; however, the solicitation will include a requirement that 10% of the total value of the resultant requirement be subcontracted to small business firms.” NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-FEB-2004).
