- This acquisition is a proposed commercial, firm fixed-price contract and is to be competed unrestricted. A single award fixed priced purchase order will be issue. The North American Industry Classification System (NA ICS) code for this acquisition is 336120, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The period of performance will be ten months based on After Receipt of Order (ARO). The Directorate of Emergency Services has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, to ols, equipment, and any other items and services necessary to perform the refurbishment of one firefighting apparatus as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the contractors location. The offeror will pickup and deliver the vehicle from the g overnment installation. Date of delivery/pickup will be determined based on ARO. The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ), W911S2-07-T-0088, on or about 13 September 2007 with a tentative closing date of 19 September 2007. The RFQ wi ll be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. Offerors must be registered in the Central Con tractor Registration (CCR) and also complete an application of representations and certifications in ORCA via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors quote shall be submitted electronically. All responsible sources submitting a reasonable quote sh all be considered for award.
