Description: COMBINE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is Amendment #7 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation RFQ PC-07-026. Please be advised that when submitting your technical approach and project plan that OMB?s approval of survey and focus group questions is part of the Peace Corps review process. Quoters should take the OMB review process into consideration in preparing a quote. As OMB is a part of the Peace Corps approval process of the survey and focus group questions, quoters may propose alternative performance periods other than the 120 days originally stated in the RFQ. The response due date for quotes remains 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Friday 14 September 2007. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
