- The Government intends to procure 8 each Dual-Mode Search Light Repair Assemblies for MH-47G Aircraft at the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment(SOAR)A with delivery to Bldg 195, 5749 Briar Hill Road, Lexington, KY 40516, H92247. Inspection/ Acceptance: Origin. FOB: Destination. Required delivery by 30 January 2008. Early and partial delivery is desirable and acceptable. The Government entends to purchase the items from Aero Precision Industries. 30 Lindbergh Ave, Livermore, CA 94551-9503. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.? All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals are being accepted through mail, e-mail: al.j.elder@us.army.mil and by fax: 757-878-0728. The anticipated award date is 24 September 2007. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation will be made available to interested parties by way of the Federal Business Opportunities System (FEDBIZOPPS). See Number Note: 22.
