- The Government intends to issue Solicitation N65236-07-R-0309 as a sole source commercial item contract pursuant to the test procedures under FAR 13.5 to L-3 Communications Systems-West (L-3), 640 North 2200 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. This procurement is for the purchase of 1 each Common Video Interface Unit (CVIU) to be used in conjunction with the Tactical Interoperable Ground Data Link II (TIGDL II) system providing video via a common data link to the Tactical Exploitation Group ??? Main (TEG-M) system. L- 3 is manufacturer of the CVIU owns the proprietary rights. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The FSC Code is 6930. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. The required delivery date is six (6) months after date of contract.
