- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N0969708RC003X2 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is Unrestricted. NAICS 561621. This solicitation is Unrestricted. The Security Department, Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL requires yearly contract for Maintenance and License Fees in support of the Military Access Control System (MACS). MACS Web server support, Database and Application Maintenance required to support customer web and database servers associated with MACS. Maintenance includes all Software upgrades to the existing modules, toll free customer support available 5 Days per week, Monday-Friday From 8:00 am to 5:30pm EST, except Government Holidays. Customer support, application troubleshooting, network and database tuning, database integration services in support of MACS (Not to exceed 50 Hours). This service is for the period of 01 Oct 2007 thru 30 Sep 2008. It is the Governments intent to award this requirement to Baywood Technologies, Inc as they hold the proprietary rights to this system and the only ones that can provide this maintenance.
