- The Government intends to negotiate a Commercial Firm Fixed Price type contract for procurement of concrete jersey barriers. The contractor shall provide 12? x 24? x 32? standard concrete jersey barriers with JJ hook connections and forklift slots. The total quantity is 90 each for delivery to NAVAL STATION NORFOLK. FOB point is destination. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside and will utilize procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 327390. The size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form.
