- Maintenance Dredging,Manteo (Shallowbag) Bay, Channel to Wanchese and Old House Channel, North Carolina. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Network Analysis will not be required. This solicitation will be issued SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS in electronic format only and will be available on or about 27 September 2007. The bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional me dia (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1629 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, and size standard is $18,500,00 0.00. Note: On 15 February 2006, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington Office, implemented a new procedure for posting all NEW solicitations. The Electronic Bid Solicitations (EBS) system will no longer be used to post solicitations. The new system, called Federal Technical Data System (FedTeDS) http://www.fedteds.gov, is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. All prospective contractors and their subcontractors and suppliers mus t be registered in FedTeDS before they will be allowed to download solicitation information.
