- 3040-00-111-2719, Part Number 11604763, The item to procure is a Shaft, Straight used on the M109 Howitzer. Any award as a result of this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with five ordering periods. T he guaranteed minimum quantity will be 225 each. The estimated quantity over the life of the contract is 625 each. The maximum quantity allowed over the life of the contract is 2,000 each. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY08 requirement. F OB is destination to Anniston, AL. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. Unit prices will be required with and without First Article Test Report (FATR). Estimated issue date is 27 Sep 08. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
