- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center (RDECOMAC) has a requirement for the Rapid Equipping Force for the following list of items. The solicitation number is W91CRB-07-T-0204. This RFQ is set aside 100% for small busi nesses under NAICS 333120 with a size standard of 750 employees. The resultant order will be firm fixed price. ITEM 0001 - One Caterpillar 262C Skid Steer Loader with Accessory package MA11 and the following components: A19B Auger Bit, Auger 9 inches Bit, Auger 18 inches Bucket, Utility Grapple 72 inches Brushcutter, BR 172, 72 inches Forks, Pallet with Carriage. ITEM 0002 - One Cam Superline Deckover Split Tilt model 8CAM824DOSTT or equal with 102 wide deck, power up power down, 18,400 lbs. GVWR, empty weight 5130 lbs., payload 13,270 lbs., winch plate and roller system, 15k lbs. Winch 7/16th cable wired with pow er to be mounted at the front of the trailer, and spare tire and wheel mount. ITEM 0003 - The loader and trailer shall be delivered to Ft. AP Hill in Virginia as a set. The price of delivery shall be included as a separate line item. The Caterpillar name brand equipment is required as the users are trained on the operations and maintenance of the Caterpillar brand. Quotes will be evaluated based on product meeting specification, delivery time, and price. Delivery time is critical and m ust be within 30 days of contract award. Delivery is more important than price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, shall be provided with the quote. The provision 52.212-1 applies. The following clauses apply: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 252.225-7036, 252.204-7003, 252.204-7004 Alt A, 252.232-7010. The Government will award one purchase order to the responsible offe ror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, delivery schedule and price considered.
