- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is W912JB-07-T-2022, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition C ircular Number 2001-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular Number 91-12, 20030430 Edition. This solicitation is unrestricted allowing for full and open competition regardless of business size. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3663.
