- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to award a sole source contract for 150 Military Leadership Kits with Financial Peace University, 1749 Mallory Lane, Suite 100, Brentwood, TN 37027. The Leadership Kits include: one Financial Peace Member Kit, one set of DVDs containing 13 video lessons for facilitating the course, one Coordinators Guide for facilitating a Financial Peace seminar series, Financial Peace University audio CDs, Financial Peace University Workbook, two books authored by Dave Ramsey: Total Money Makeover and Financial Peace Revisited. Military Leadership Kits provide the resources for training the Financial Peace University program. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302. The point of contact is Ms Stacy Bailey, Contract Specialist, (703) 697-7329; e-mail:stacy.bailey@hqda.army.mil. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication (N LT 17 Sep 07, 1:00 pm) of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information re ceived will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
