- Description
- The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting at Fort Bragg, NC, intends to issue a solicitation for a Security Guard Services requirement. The requirement will be a competitive 8(a) set-aside. The NAICS code is 561612 with a size standar d of $17.0M. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. A period of performance of a 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month options is anticipated. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-07-R-0023. The sol icitation will have a requirement that TOP SECRET facility security clearances are necessary in order for an 8(a) business to submit a proposal. Additionally, a TOP SECRET/SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) facility security clearance will be requi red prior to the start of contract performance. This requirement will be subject to the availability of funds. The anticipated posting of the RFP is 07 October 2007.
