- It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract. Numbered Note 22 applies to this notice. This agency intends to award to NICE Systems, Inc., 301 Rt 17 North 10th Floor, Rutherford, NJ 07070 6 SFS requires the following: - NICE Emergency Control Center Recorder and Playback System P/N PSBAS-16, QTY 1EA. A contract for NICE Emergency Control Center Recorder and Playback System, will be awarded to NICE Systems, Inc following no response back to this notice of intent. The purchase of an NICE Emergency Control Center Recorder and Playback System must be done through NICE Systems, Inc. because they are the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NICE Emergency Control Center Recorder and Playback System is an inclusive recording system that can be easily operated, functioning in a mission-critical environment meeting capability to record and playback 16 PBX channels for emergency response incidents coordinated through the Security Forces Control Center. Local, State, and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies in our area are utilizing this system as part of the new Interagency Interconnectivity for Emergency Operations Centers. It is paramount that this criteria is met to have accurate interagency communications and incident information recollection system capabilities. Market research was conducted for the purchase of this NICE Emergency Control Center Recorder and Playback System and NICE Systems, Inc. is the only contractor found able to supply this item as we require. If no response to this notice is received by 4:00PM EST on Friday, September 14, 2007, the award for this NICE Emergency Control Center Recorder and Playback System will be made to NICE Systems, Inc.
