- It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract. Numbered Note 22 applies to this notice. This agency intends to award a purchase order to Mammography Reporting System Inc., 4526-11th Avenue NE, Seattle, WA 98105. 6 MDG requires a Mammography Reporting System. Base year and 4 option years. A contract for a Mammography Reporting System will be awarded to Mammography Reporting System Inc. following no response back to this notice of intent. The purchase of a Mammography Reporting System must be done through Mammography Reporting System Inc. because they are the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Mammography Reporting System is a proprietary program. This program is developed, sold, supported and trained by Mammography Reporting System Inc. There is no other vendor or company authorized to develop, customize, support, sell or train the Mammography Reporting System. No other company would be able to provide a maintenance/ technical support agreement for this software. Market research was conducted for the purchase of Mammography Reporting System and Mammography Reporting System Inc. is the only contractor found able to supply this item as we require. If no response to this notice is received by 10:00 AM EST on Tuesday, September 18, 2007, the award for this Mammography Reporting System will be made to Mammography Reporting System Inc.
