- The following is additional information: The SQFT of Hangar 811 is 77,176', the inside height is 80'. Non-personal services. Contractor to supply all tools, labor, materials and transportation to complete job STATEMENT OF WORK PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF HANGAR 811 BIRD NETTING 1.SCOPE: To outline the procedures and responsibilities in the performance of this Statement of Work (SOW) of both the requesting agency and the vendor the contract is awarded to. This SOW does not in any way limit the responsibility of the vendor to perform all work and furnish all materials required to do a complete job within the intent and scope 1.1. The vendor is responsible for supplying material, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all operations in accordance with this SOW. 1.2. Vendor?s hours of operations will be from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Clean up shall be done daily within these hours. Vendor may request extension of operating hours during time of installation. Accommodation will depend upon availability of personnel from requesting agency and to be determined by requesting agency?s point of contact (POC). Extension of operating hours must be requested by the vendor a minimum of 24 hours in advance. 2. RESPONSIBILITIES 2A. Requesting Agency Responsibilities: Requesting agency will be responsible for supplying an on site POC to be named after contract is awarded. 2B. Vendor Responsibilities: Vendor will provide delivery and installation of a ceiling of net in Hangar 811 for the prevention of pigeon nesting Vendor will provide all tools and equipment necessary to complete the work. This includes man-lifts. 3. SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS: Ceiling of net will be constructed of 1.5 inches mesh polypropylene net and will be attached to the Hangar using steel cables provided by vendor. The net will be large enough and installed in a manner to create a barrier that excludes pigeons from roosting and nesting on the beams throughout the hangar. END SOW
